Your warehouse is an important part of the physical goods flow. Especially with a stronger focus on ecommerce and the general high expectations of the customers (order today = delivery tomorrow, for free) the warehouse plays a key role in keeping the customers happy. Hence it’s important to be quick and correct on your first try.

With this in mind it might be necessary to redesign some of the processes or parts of the warehouse. These are topics, depending on the scale of the change, that need to be handled with great care since it’s vital to your current operations not to disrupt it and negatively impact your customers.
