Experience is a good thing…most of the times. Having a lot of experience, especially within a fixed environment can and will create certain routines and blind spots which can be a dangerous thing.

I offer to do a quickscan of the warehouse and the processes happening within. Having a fresh pair of eyes looking at the processes together with you can provide some new insights in possible improvements. These improvements can be executed internally or we can take care of this together with you.

During this quickscan I will spend most of the time where the magic happens; on the shop floor. However before this I would like to hear if there are any areas where you would like me to focus on more, however this is not required. This quickscan will be a snapshot of the current state, but I will keep in mind any future that that you might have and potential issues that I might see when scaling the current processes.
